A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompense to His enemies.
A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of Jehovah that rendereth recompense to his enemies.
“The sound of an uproar from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, providing retribution to His enemies.
[Hark!] An uproar from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, rendering recompense to His enemies!
A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompence to his enemies.
A sound of uproar from the city! A voice from the temple— the voice of the Lord, paying back his enemies what they deserve!
The sound of an uproar from the city! A sound from the temple! The sound of the Lord repaying his enemies what they have earned.
That uproar in the city, that sound from the temple, is the sound of Adonai repaying his foes what they deserve.
Do you hear that noise in the city and those shouts coming from the temple? It is the Lord shouting as he punishes his enemies.
A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of Jehovah that rendereth recompence to his enemies!
A voice of the people from the city, a voice from the temple, the voice of the Lord that rendereth recompense to his enemies.
Listen! There is a loud noise coming from the city and from the Temple. It is the Lord punishing his enemies. He is giving them the punishment they deserve.
Listen to the loud noise that is coming from the city! It is a noise that comes from the temple. The Lord is punishing his enemies as they deserve. That is what is making the noise!
Listen! An uproar in the city, the sound of an uproar from the temple, the sound of the Lord repaying his enemies in full!

A voice soundeth from the city, even a voice from the Temple, the voice of the Lord, that recompenseth his enemies fully.
Listen to the uproar from the city. Listen to the sound from the temple. It is the sound of the Lord paying back his enemies as they deserve.
Listen! That loud noise in the city, that sound in the Temple, is the sound of the Lord punishing his enemies!

What is all the commotion in the city? What is that terrible noise from the Temple? It is the voice of the Lord taking vengeance upon his enemies.
Rumbles of thunder from the city! A voice out of the Temple! God’s voice, handing out judgment to his enemies:

Listen to the uproar from the city. Listen to the sound from the temple. It is the sound of Yahweh paying back his enemies as they deserve.
A voice roaring from the city, a voice from the temple; The voice of the Lord rendering recompense to his enemies!
A sound of uproar from the city, a voice from the temple, The voice of the Lord who is dealing retribution to His enemies.

Listen! There is an uproar from the city, a voice from the temple. Such is the sound of the Lord bringing retribution to his enemies.
Listen to the loud noise coming from the city; hear the noise from the Temple. It is the Lord punishing his enemies, giving them the punishment they should have.
The sound of battle comes from the city; the sound comes from the temple! It is the sound of the Lord paying back his enemies.
Hear the loud sounds coming from the city! Listen to the noise coming from the temple! I am the one causing it. I am paying back my enemies for everything they have done.
Hear that uproar from the city, hear that noise from the temple! It is the sound of the Lord repaying his enemies all they deserve.

Listen! A noise from the city! A voice from the house of God! It is the voice of the Lord Who is giving punishment to those who hate Him.

Can you hear it? There’s a commotion in the city, great rumbling coming from the temple area! Ah, it is the Eternal thundering in to take on His foes.
A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of Yahweh that repays his enemies what they deserve.
The voice of the people from the city, the voice from the temple, the voice of the Lord yielding a reward to his enemies. (Those cries of the people from the city, those cries from the Temple, be the sound of the Lord yielding a reward, or requiting, unto his enemies.)
